AES invites you to join us for a fun, rewarding
and memorable week! Volunteer decorators are needed to apply all of the floral material and finishing touches to the Rose Parade floats. We will need hundreds of helping hands. Family, friends
and groups are welcome to participate.

We thank you for choosing to be a part of our Team!

do’s & dont’s

The following is information you will need to guarantee a great time while decorating with us. Your cooperation ensures an enjoyable - and productive - experience for everyone.

Attire:
We suggest that all our decorators wear old grubby clothes, because this is a construction site and there is a lot of paint and glue. You may also want to bring a sweater or jacket, as sometimes it can get very cold.

Food:
You are encouraged to bring
a sack lunch, but a lunch truck will be
available on site. There are also fast food restaurants in the area.

Age Limit:
Only people 13 and older are allowed to be on scaffolding. Children ages 11 -12 may decorate in other areas.

Scissors: We suggest that you bring a pair of your own scissors.

Valuables:
We do not have lockers
or storage to keep sweaters, jackets, purses etc. Radios, Ipods, CDs and cassettes are not permitted. Please use cell phones outside the float building, as they interfere with our communication system.

Also, as a reminder, there is no smoking inside the float building.

Parking: AES does not accept responsibility
for parking, security for decorator’s
vehicles or personal property.
This is the decorator’s responsibility.
Parking is available on the streets.

Location:

ARTISTIC ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES warehouse is located at
120 N. Aspan, Azusa, CA 91702

Check-in:
Volunteer decorators are
required to check-in with the AES representative before each shift.
